As a Client Service Representative at Sand Creek Animal Hospital, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, both in person and through various communication channels such as phone, email, and other electronic methods. Your primary responsibilities include facilitating client inquiries, scheduling appointments, processing requests for medication refills, and providing general information regarding pet care. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our clients by delivering exceptional service and maintaining clear, compassionate communication at all times.
Veterinary Assistant
As a Veterinary Assistant at Sand Creek Animal Hospital, you will play a key role in supporting our veterinarians and ensuring the smooth operation of patient care. Your responsibilities include assisting with patient restraint during examinations, filling medications, running routine bloodwork, and scheduling appointments. You will also aid in educating pet owners on general care, and to enhance the client experience, you’ll handle check-out right in the exam room. Your contributions will be essential to providing high-quality care in a compassionate and efficient manner.
Veterinary Technician
As a Licensed Veterinary Technician at Sand Creek Animal Hospital, you will be entrusted with performing a wide range of technical skills essential to veterinary medicine. Your responsibilities will include administering vaccinations, performing venipuncture, placing catheters, and administering and monitoring anesthesia. You’ll also run bloodwork, obtain patient histories, assist with patient restraint during examinations, and more.
